It's been a while since I've done one of these, but luckily, in the weird world of football transfer gossip, there is always an unlikely story or two to comment on.
Firstly, The Sun are claiming that Atletico Madrid want ?42m for Sergio Aguero and that Chelsea are ‘leading the chase' to buy the player. This despite the fact that Atletico's general manager has already said they would need to offer more than that to tempt the club to sell. Oh well.
The Sun are also linking Villareal ‘keeper Diego Lopez with a move to Manchester United for a fee of around ?15million. United are linked with every goalkeeper in Europe that strings together more than 1 decent game at the moment, but this one has the ring of possibility, with Lopez himself quoted as saying “I'm aware of the rumours and the Premier League is very attractive”.
