Liverpool vs Bolton Wanderers Preview

Bolton will include new loan signing Vladimir Weiss in their squad, while Liverpool welcome club captain Steven Gerrard back from injury.

Gerrard did play against Wolves in midweek and has suffered no ill-effects so will start for Liverpool against Owen Coyle's Bolton side.

Out, however, for Rafa Benitez is top scorer Fernando Torres and midfielder Yossi Benayoun, who has a rib injury. Right back Glen Johnson is also missing with knee ligament damage.

Jamie Carragher will move to the right side of defence, with Martin Skrtel and Soritiros Kyrgiakos at centre back.

Albert Riera and Maxi Rodriguez are also set to start, with Alberto Aquilani on the bench.

Bolton boss Owen Coyle may name the same side that beat Burnley 1-0 in midweek, with Ivan Klasnic and Kevin Davies at the head of a 4-4-2 formation.

Excepting midfielder Mark Davies, who has an ankle injury, Bolton have no new injury worries.
