Chelsea vs Arsenal Team Preview

Ashley Cole looks set to return for Chelsea to face his old side at Stamford Bridge.

Yuri Zhirkov replaced Cole for the midweek match against Hull, but the England international looks set to start against Arsenal.

Out, however, are Juliano Belletti and Jose Bosingwa, both of whom have knee injuries, and Michael Essien, who is yet to fully recover from a knee problem of his own. Ivanovic will once again start at right back for Carlo Ancelotti's side.

Deco looks likely to start in midfield, with Jon Obi Mikel coming in to replace Michael Ballack, who performed poorly at Hull CIty in midweek.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will be missing striker Eduardo, who has a hamstring injury. Nicklas Bendtner is the most likely replacement after the Dane has regained full match fitness after injury problems of his own.

Midfielder Abou Diaby has recovered from a calf problem and will make the squad, but is unlikely to start.

Samir Nasri could drop to the bench to make way for Bendtner.
