Ancelotti looks set to recall Deco, Joe Cole and Florent Malouda to the starting line up.
In addition to Krancjar Spurs manager Harry Redknapp is also missing fellow Croatia international Vedrun Corluka, who has an ankle problem.
Benoit Assou-Ekotto or youngster Kyle Walker could deputise at right back.
Peter Crouch could be recalled to the starting line up after being rested for the midweek match against Arsenal.
