There are lots of rumours in the tabloids today about clubs having a massive clear out of players at the end of the season.
Among those mentioned are Manchester City - apparently manager Roberto Mancini doesn't fancy Stephen Ireland, Martin Petrov, Wayne Bridge, Shaun Wright-Phillips and even, if The Sun is to be believed, Emmanuel Adebayor.
Yesterday's list of departing players, this time from The Daily Mail, also included Craig Bellamy, Roque Santa Cruz, Nedum Onuoha and Micah Richards
Oh, and Robinho, of course.
They won't have any players left at this rate.
Nor, for that matter, will Stoke City who are, according to The Guardian, about to let 10 players go. Heading the list are Tuncay Sanli and James Beattie, both of whom have clashed with boss Tony Pulis. Also on their way out are Liam Lawrence, Dave Kitson and presumably six nameless others.
